She is survived by: her husband Leonard Jantzen Mitchell; her parents, Penny Carter of Oxford and Larry Owen of Covington; her stepmother Sherry Owen of Covington; her sons-in-law, Melanie, Bo Denny of Conyers, Jennifer, Cody Boyd of Missouri, Carrie Mitchell of Conyers and Stephanie Mitchell of Conyers; her brothers, Gary Owen of Porterdale, Stephen, Nicole Lott of Oxford, Michael, Amy Mestipo of Locust Grove, Eric and Ale Owen of Atlanta; and her grandchildren, Ariel, Sophia, Cooper and Alice.
