He was predeceased by: his parents, J. B. Edwards and Mildred Edwards; his sister Margaret Dutton; and his brother-in-law Harry Monroe. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Jeff Edwards (Glenda) and Lisa Slocum (Bob); his grandchildren, Heath Edwards (Jennifer), Caleb Edwards (Christy), Sarah Slocum, Sam Slocum, Molly White (Beau) and Robb Slocum; his great grandchildren, Jackson, McClain, Charlotte White and AnnaClaire Edwards; and his siblings, Juanita Monroe, Sandra Bartlett (George) and Joel Edwards (Janelle).
