She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clarence McCoy and Dehlia Wilson; her husband Norman Odell Smallwood; her sons, Terry Smallwood of Dallas, Danny Smallwood of Conyers and Keith Smallwood of Conyers, Georgia; and her brother Robert McCoy of Rutledge, Georgia. She was also cherished by six grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
Due to COVID-19 regulations, only 10 people will be allowed under the tent at the burial site and any others would be at car following distancing guidelines.
