She was predeceased by: her parents, Hiram Worthy and Clemey Worthy; her husband Cline Maddox; her daughter Judy Lane; and her siblings, David Worthy, Branson Worthy, Lonnie Worthy, Leona Johnson and Rudean Lovell.
She is survived by: her children, Syble Tinsley and Tony William; her daughter-in-law Cherrie Maddox; and her brother Harold Worthy. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren.
