She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Ellis and Lula Mae Ellis; her husband Byron Byrd Baker; and her siblings, Lorene Ethridge, Herman Ellis, Wenzel Ellis, Warner Ellis and Dozier Ellis.
She is survived by: her son Ronnie Ellis Baker (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Jennifer Wells (Wesley) and Jonathan Baker (Melissa); her great grandchildren, Kirsten Hester (Austin), Jacob Wells, Kenley Phagan (Joshua), Kaidance Mullis (Ethan) and Payton Wells; and her great great grandchild Daisy Raine Hester. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the "Share the Joy" project, which is the ministry of Smyrna Presbyterian Church to their nursing home and homebound friends.
