He was predeceased by: his former wife Lucy Mae King; and his wife Mamie Green. He is survived by: his daughter Delores Swafford Pope (Morris); his granddaughters, Angela Thompson-Felder (Harry), Wakanda Thompson and Danielle Thompson; his great grandchildren, Anderson Jevon-Swafford Smith, Dorienne Thompson, Jared Smith, Niya Thompson, Delani Smith and Donovan Thompson; his stepchildren, Brenda Rogers (Roderick), Alvin Green, Gwen Green and Jackie Green; and also Emeritus Bishop Joe Green of Alexandria, LA. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
