He is survived by: his wife Judy Carter; his son Kennon Carter (Crystal Carter); his daughter-in-law Tammi Carter; his grandchildren, Michaela Stone (Joshua Stone), Natalie Brown (Addison Brown), Mallory Carter, Chase Carter and Bayli Carter; and his great grandchild Parker Stone.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Green Meadow Memorial Gardens (699 American Legion Rd NE, Conyers, GA 30012). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Scot Ward's Green Meadow Chapel (699 American Legion Rd NE, Conyers, GA 30012). An entombment was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at the Green Meadow Memorial Gardens (699 American Legion Rd NE, Conyers, GA 30012).
