She was predeceased by: her mother Susie Peterman Williams; and her son Randy Morgan. She is survived by: her husband Ed Morgan; her son Edgar; her daughter-in-law Judy Morgan; her daughter Marsha; her son-in-law Archer Rose; her grandchildren, Randy, Leigh Rose, Carrie Rose Pace and Jason Pace; and her great grandchild Branton Rose.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made to the A.R. Gus Barksdale Boys and Girls Club in Julia's memory.
