He is survived by: his wife Rada Farmer of Conyers; his daughters, Keely (Geoffrey Chalk), Kylene (Richard Armond) and Elyse (Lee McDowell); his sister-in-law Greg Phillips of Jasper, GA; his grandchildren, Chantelle Chalk, Madeline Armond, Finley Armond, Reid Armond and Mack McDowell; and his nephews, Chris Phillips, Chad Phillips, Jacob Phillips and Matthew Phillips.
