He was predeceased by: his parents, James Marshall and Modine Wheeler Moore; and his brother Kenneth Moore. He is survived by: his sister Judy; his brother-in-law Bud Ross of Conyers; his brother Wayne; and his sisters-in-law, Trudy Moore of Covington and Mary Jo Moore of Conyers. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
