He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Walden and Gillie Mae Bell Walden; his daughter Regina Charlene George; and his grandson Kenneth Charles Ryan Gosse. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Walden; his children, Karen Janzen (Erich) of Conyers, Sharon Gosse (Kenneth) of McDonough and John Samuel Walden (Shelley) of Opelika, AL; and his sisters, Betty Aileen Owens of Covington and Willie Mae Arnold of Conyers. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
