With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Joseph Dwyer (Conyers, Georgia), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on April 29, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A. Dwyer and Margaret Mary Benedict Dwyer; his brothers, Thomas W. Dwyer and Michael B. Dwyer; his great grandchildren, Tate William and Brinkley Fayn Kirby; and his former wife Katherine Ann Dwyer (Kathy).
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Lunny; his children, Susan Kirby (Kevin) of Greenwood, SC, John Dwyer (Kris) of Atlanta, Patty Stokes (Stan) of Suwanee, Terry Dwyer (Jan) of Monroe, Nancy Holtz (Kelly) of Loganville, Tim Dwyer (Carolyn) of Atlanta and Kathy Pickett (Ralph) of Grayson; and his siblings, Jane Dwyer Myers of California and Kevin Dwyer of Maryland. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
