He was predeceased by: his father Popi'Charles Austin Cothran, Sr.; and also, Carl (Margret Dean Cothran) and Donald Adams. He is survived by: his wife Anne Cothran (Laura Bailey); his mother Linda Joyce Adams Welder (Anne Mancini Cothran); his children, Gwendolyn Grace Cothran and Shawn Gabriel Cothran; his brother Charles Austin Cothran, Jr.; his niece Charlei Marie Cothran; his children, Cash Michael, Alize Marie, Persia Beau and Austin Benclei; his niece Linn Cothran of Alabama; his sister Carrie Doniel Grice (Steve Grice); his nephew Kienan Zachary Shay Grice (Lucy Turner); his niece Shelby Megan Grice (Micah Paul Pickering); and his great-niece Eleana Jane Pickering.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Scot Ward's Green Meadow Chapel (699 American Legion Rd NE, Conyers, GA 30012).
