He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Lowe and Edna Lowe; his brothers, Avery Lowe and Jake Lowe; and his grandson Andrew Scruggs.
He is survived by: his wife Clara Lowe; his daughters, Gloria (John Scruggs) and Connie (Israel Ham); his grandchildren, Bryan, Amanda Pittman, Jonathan and Cally Scruggs; his great grandchildren, Paisley, Gannon and Owen Scruggs; his grandchildren, Carter Pittman, Brianna and Alisa Ham; his sister Janice Lowe; his brother-in-law John Schwenke; and his close friends, Lauren Jackman and Hamid Rastakhiz.
