He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Allen Williams and James Williams. He is survived by: his wife Frances Jeanette Williams; his daughters, Cassi Maureen Villanueva and Megan Sara Roberts; and his grandchildren, Magdalene Grace Villanueva, Micah James Villanueva, Clare Elizabeth Villanueva, Catherine Hope Villanueva, Sara Elizabeth Roberts, Martin Eugene Roberts III, Jolene Madison Roberts and Lacy Jeanette Roberts.
