He is survived by: his wife Brenda Maddox; his daughters, Kimberly (Sohn Collum), Tracy (Kevin Martin) and Chasity (Mike Smith); his grandchildren, Kristyn, Scott, Savannah, Bailey, Addison and Dakota; and his great grandchildren, Rylee, Ryder and Mason.
