He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Bartley and Jules Leblanc. He is survived by: his children, James, John Mac Leblanc, Manuelle Farah Leblanc, Haitian, Jacques, Nadhy Simon and Pascale Leblanc; his stepsons, Donny and Delwin; his wife Delia Leblanc; and his son Stanley Renuel Fleury Leblanc (John).
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Green Meadow Memorial Gardens (699 American Legion Rd NE, Conyers, GA 30012). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Scot Ward's Green Meadow Chapel (699 American Legion Rd NE, Conyers, GA 30012).
Sadly. on April 1, 2025, at the age of 74, he was called home to the Lord after a long battle with Parkinson's Disease. Jacques' contributions to the Haitian community were countless and his love for his family was unbounded.
