He was predeceased by: his mother Florence Rowe of Tullahoma, TN.; his wife Kit Herring Rowe; his father Marcel W. Rowe; his brother Robert W. Rowe; his children, Karen Rowe, Teresa Pacetti, Melissa Rodriquez and Cliff Herring; and his grandson Jimmy Rowe.
He is survived by: his children, Jack Edward Rowe (Kathi), Joe Rowe (Brandy), Lil Herring Mucklow (Neal), Susan Herring Allen (Roy) and Lori Herring Brennan (Randy); and his sister Charlotte Rowe Blankenship. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and twenty-three great grandchildren.
