He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Sue Davis Webb; his parents, Harry Webb and Edith Webb; and his sisters, Anne (Johnny Mode) and Nancy Jane Webb Roberts.
He is survived by: his children, Donald Rex, Melissa Webb, Amber Lynn Webb Vess and Brandy Sue Webb; his brother Jack; and his sister-in-law Lynne Webb. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
