She is survived by: her significant other Jerry; her children, Teresa McCallum (Brent), Jerry Fowler, Jr (Hollie), Lisa Reynolds (Stuart) and Richard Fowler (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Kristina Moyer (James), Kayla McCallum, Baylie Fowler, Emily Reynolds, Laine Reynolds, Murphy Fowler and Hollis Fowler; and her brothers, John Chappell (Nondi) and James Chappell, Jr (Michelle). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
