He is survived by: his wife Dianne Stephenson; his children-in-law, Sandy Paige, Jeff Paige, Regina Adams, Rick Adams, Stacye Rubelsky, Paul Rubelsky, Davis Carder, Gwen Carder, Craig Carder and Mary Carder; his grandchildren, Zack Adams, Kaitlyn Adams, Jerret Paige, Jana Paige, Gracye Rubelsky and Rochelle Williams; and his sister Phoebe Gattis of Elizabeth Wells. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
