He is survived by: his mother Emily Jordan Payne of Conyers; his siblings, Gavin Payne of Conyers and Kaylee Marie Payne of Covington; his grandparents, Eric, Sheryl Storm of Conyers, Karen Payne of Covington and Stephen Payne of Covington; his uncle Eric Storm of Tampa, FL; and his aunts, Melissa Kern of Monroe and Stephanie Tidwell of Covington.
