He is survived by: his wife Patricia Azar; his children, Lori Sise, Mark Azar (Jackie), Louis Azar (Judy) and Doug Azar (Karen); his grandchildren, Chad Sise (Melinda), Lorin Detwiler (Cale), Nicole Sise, Ryan Azar (Alyssa), Kelly Scott (Rhett), Cody Azar, Jamie Suggs, Chastity Ashby (Frankie), Chris Azar (Renee) and Timothy Azar (Haley); his great grandchildren, Waylon Sise, Wyatt Sise, Sophia, Morgan, Isabell, Kaelynn Azar, Riley Ashby, Mason Ashby, Payton Ashby and Carter Azar; his great great grandchild Carter Sise of Aarylnn Sise; his brother Nick Azar (Patty); and his siblings-in-law, Joan Caviness (Ron) and Pat Wheeler (Jimmy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
