He is survived by: his wife Susan Hill; his children, Forrest Jr., Julie Hill, Michael, Maryann Hill and Max Hill; his brothers, Tommy (Fran Hill) and Stanley (Pat Hill); his grandchildren, Matthew, Michael, Kayla, Brianna, Alex and Nathan; and his great grandchildren, Hudson, Gabriella, Piper and Francesca. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
