He was predeceased by: his parents, Squire M. Reid and Edith Reid Harvey; his brothers, Daniel Reid, Samuel Reid, Lewis Reid (Martha) and Ernest Reid (Barbara); and his half-siblings, Willie J, Theodis, Homer J, Emmett, Warren G and Irene Reid (Charles Thomas).
He is survived by: his siblings, Squire C. Reid (Marie), James Reid, Anthony Reid (Wanda), Thomas Reid (Queenie) and Carolyn Reid Mahaffey (David); his wife Barbara Reid; his daughters, Zina White (Brockston), Sharon McKnight (Colby) and Davilyn Reid; his grandchildren, David White (Jennifer), Marcus White, Darius White, Michael White, Ayanna Reid, Colby-James McKnight, Tyler-Xavier McKnight, Zachary-Daniel McKnight and Arianna Reid; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin White and Camila White. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
