She is survived by: her son Greg Maddox; her daughter-in-law Henrietta Maddox; her grandchildren, Angie, Tony Mitchell, Andrew and Cheri Maddox; her great grandchildren, Ansley Mitchell, Luke Mitchell, Logan Maddox and Emmy Maddox; and her sister Velma Ducra.
