He was predeceased by: his parents, William Barkley and Nellie Barkley. He is survived by: his wife Dot Barkley; his children, Dennis Barkley of Conyers, John Scott Barkley of Dawson, Melonie Kay Inzetta (John) of East Point and Paula Baker (Mark) of Conyers; his grandchildren, Justin, Kristie, Ashely, Emma and Adah; and his great grandchildren, Nellie, Ally Rae, Conner, Naomi and MacKenzie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
