With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edith G. Rouse of Conyers, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 5, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Wood and Mamie Wood; her husband James Rouse; and her daughters, Melva Jane Rouse and Lisa Ann Evans.

She is survived by: her daughters, Sara Gower of Conyers and Jenny Schramm of Conyers; and her grandchildren, Amber Cross, Joey Rouse, Jeremy Gower, John Schramm and James Evans.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Historic Red Oak Church, 15105 GA Hwy 36, Covington, GA 30014.
