He was predeceased by: his wife Ginger Faye Passmore; his parents, Frank Quince Passmore and Louise Cutcher Passmore; and his siblings, Juanita Prince and Carroll Passmore.
He is survived by: his children, Amy Paige Passmore (Randall Zachary Wagers) of London and Paul Douglas Passmore (Candis Lynn Passmore) of Oxford, GA; his siblings, Carzelle Voyles of Jasper, GA and Floetta Brown of Dalton, GA; his grandchildren, Taylor Faye Wagers, Daniel Paul Passmore, Ryleigh Noelle Wagers, Kacie Ann Wagers and Henry Conner Passmore; his mother-in-law Evelyn Weaver; his niece Barbara Padgett of Robin Colston; and his great-nephew Blaine Padgett.
