It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Doris Bowman (Conyers, Georgia), born in Buford, Georgia, who passed away at the age of 82, on November 13, 2020. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her brother Wilburn Lindsey; her sister-in-law Christine Lindsey; her son Brady Bowman; her cousin Mattie Robinson; and her pets, Lil Darlin', Fluffy and Jerry. She was also cherished by cousins, nephews, and nieces in her extended family.

In the interest of protecting those among us who are older or more vulnerable to COVID-19, the family ask that everyone wear a mask and observe social distance guidelines at the visitation and during the service.

“Brady, I am so sorry for the loss of your precious Mom. Your Dad, Bud, was my very best friend and your Mom was the person that helped make Bud a great man. Doris had the gift of hospitality and always was cooking and helping others. She was kind, helpful, and loving to others. Doris loved you very much and she and Bud always told me about all you was accomplishing while beaming with pride. Doris will be greatly missed here, but she and Bud and Jesus are having a wonderful time together.”
