He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Rowley Sr. and Winifred Pierce; and his brother Brien Rowley. He is survived by: his wife Monica Rowley; his children, Donald Richards, Donny (Christie Rowley), Lisa (John Nilsson), Laurie Rowley and Denine Rowley (Bryan Campbell); his grandchildren, Shona Nilsson, Lincoln Rowley, Greyson Rowley, Sophia Campbell and Brayleigh Campbell; and his siblings, William Rowley, Lee Rowley and Karen Wiley.
