He is survived by: his wife Laura Juanita Hayes of Conyers; and his sons, Don Miner of Charleston, SC, Dana Hayes of Powell, TN, Keith Hayes of Conyers and Daniel Hayes of Conyers. He is also survived by 5 brothers; 2 sisters; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
