She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Grayson and Beverly Grayson. She is survived by: her children, Lee Woodham (Dixie), Mark Woodham (Amber), Chris Woodham and Ashley Woodham Bunn (Charlie); her grandchildren, Lindsey, Mason, Emerson, Laneer, Makenzie, Presley, Alex and Stephen; and also, Frank Grayson, Jr., Lane Grayson, Gary Grayson and Tracy Grayson.
