She was predeceased by: her parents, Harbin W. Andrews and Mildred McClure Andrews. She is survived by: her husband Neil Wilson Passmore; her children, Bence Andrew Rackley (Suzanne Rackley), Clayton Gary Rackley (Jennifer Birdwell) of Dallas, Texas and Wendy Dianne Cooper (Patrick Cooper) of Sandy Springs, GA; her grandchildren, Dustin L. West and Hollie Dianne West; her sisters, Lynn Andrews Dobresk (Darrell) and Jill Andrews Pearce (Ronnie); her stepdaughter Sabra Ann Pidgeon (John Pidgeon); and her stepgrandchildren, Elizabeth Freemon, Anna Carson and Davis Wilson Pidgeon.
