He is survived by: his wife Susan Folsom; his children, Christina Schaff (Steve) and David Folsom (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jennifer Clark (Patrick), Tasha Keasling (Seth), Joshua Lustenberger (Emily Ring), Derieck Folsom (Kailea), Jessica Czechowski (Erik), Ciara Schaff (Myles Mertz) and Sheridan Melgoza (Juan); his great grandchildren, Jasmine Folsom, Whittlee Hutchison, Jade Folsom, Tiffany Lustenberger, Jasper Clark and Lainey Keasling; and his brother Dwaine Folsom.
