He was predeceased by: his parents, Foster Nichols and Betty Nichols; his brother Richard of Indiana; and his stepson Joseph "JoJo" Sullivan of Buckhead, GA.. He is survived by: his wife Allison Wallace Nichols of Conyers, GA; his sister Jean (Bob Morgan); his nephews, Eric (Carolyn Morgan) and Aaron Morgan; and his niece Suzie Nichols of Indiana.
