She was predeceased by: her mother Betty Ann McCook; and her grandmother Ora Worley. She is survived by: her daughters, Nikki Leigh Howell of Social Circle, Tiffany Cheryl Davis of Loganville and Michelle Minix-White of Newnan; her father Samuel D. McCook, Jr. of Milledgeville; and her grandchildren, Christopher Davis, Blake Davis, Johnny Sessums and Alexis Minix.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Cynthia's memory to either the Alzheimer's Association or to a local Humane Society.
