He is survived by: his children, Morris Reed (Connie), Gerald Johnson (Tammy) and Flora Billings; his siblings, Mencer Reed, Jr., Leroy Reed, Thomas J. Reed, James Reed (Rose), Minnie Kate Austin, Margaret Hurst and Mary Hammonds; his grandchildren, Valente Hill, Bricola Reed, Miche (Hill), DeMorris Reed, Maurice Williams, Tamara Russell and Moriah Reed; his great grandchildren, Tahje Heard, Chance Lackey and Lelani Ducasse; and his sisters-in-law, Lucy Reed, Joann Reed, Grace Reed and Allene Hurst. He is also survived by other relatives, and friends.
