He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Moore and Ethellen Moore; and his daughter-in-law Kathy Moore. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Mae Moore; his sons, Kenny Moore, Curtis (Nancy Moore) and Douglas (Andrea Moore); and his siblings, Carl J. Moore and Charlotte Myczkowski. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
