He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Jack Wheeler and Thelma Annette Langford Wheeler; and his brother Herman Jack Wheeler Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Rutledge; his children, Stephanie, Wayne and Chris; his grandchildren, Amy, Amber, Christy, Cecil, Candace and Jack; his great grandchildren, Cierra, Alura, Benjamin, Hannah, Dylan, Stephanie, Logan, Donald and Ryan; and his great great grandchildren, Riley and Andrew.
