She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey S. White and Eugenia Dean White; her stepson Daniel Mathis; and her sister Diane Hurst. She is survived by: her husband Sheridan Mathis of Conyers Ga; her daughters, Angel Mathis of Conyers Ga and Hayley Smith (Jeremy) of Conyers Ga; her stepdaughter Heather Mathis of Thomaston Ga; her sons, Frank Reid (Sabrena) of Thomaston Ga and Jason Mathis (Hollie) of Thomaston Ga; her stepson Alan Mathis of Thomaston Ga; her brother Sammy White (Nesha) of Conyers Ga; her brother-in-law Avery Hurst; and her sister Clara Garcia (Tony) of Conyers Ga. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
