He is survived by: his granddaughter Kaylen; his son Guy Trips; his brother Bill; his son Gary; his wife Barbara; his children, Kathy Serenko (Jim), Doug Bogumill (Tonya), Shawn Davis (Steve) and Dennis Bogumill (Kristen); his daughter-in-law Cherry; his stepchildren, Melisa Lindamood (Kevin) and Andres Marin (Cassie); his grandchildren, Chris Zapatos (Katie), Amanda Gifford (Chad), Trent Bogumill (Krista), Amanda Hyde (Trevor), Richard, Jonathan Whittington, Andrew, Lindsay Davis, Kylee, Drew, Sienna, Sasha Lindamood, Mia, Willow and Daniel Marin; his great grandchildren, Christian Zapatos, Lyam, Jimmie, Kade Gifford and Jordan Hyde; and also, Barbara Bogumill, Barbara Marin and Marina Slater.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 3:00 PM at 2625 GA-212, Conyers, GA 30094.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial donations be made to The Child Fund.
