He was predeceased by: his parents, Walker Potts and Deane Potts; and his son George Edward Potts (Eddie). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Cowan (Bitzi); his daughter Lisa Potts Huckaby (Darrell); and his grandchildren, Jamie Huckaby Fairchild (Chris), Jackson Huckaby (Brittney), Jenna Huckaby Simmons (Evan), Haley Potts Jagar (Quinton) and Tyler Potts (Ashley). He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.
