He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian Carleton Hancock and Ann Andre Hancock; and his wife Hazel Creech Hancock. He is survived by: his grandsons, Mitchell and Marcus; his children, Amy Evans (Bruce), Lezah Yeoh (Ian), Christian Hancock (Soh Leng) and Jonathan Hancock (Jaymie); his grandchildren, Colin Evans, Mason Yeoh, Madeline Hancock and Caleb Hancock; his sister Karen Hancock Moody; his niece Kelly Wright Frazier; and his nephew Josh Wright.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Barries's memory may be directed to The Gideons International, The Alzheimer's Association or Parkinson's Foundation.
