He is survived by: his wife Sybil Ryals of Conyers, GA; and his children, Joe Tarnovsky (Cecelia), Arthur Ryals, Scott Ryals (Michelle Hollis), Linda Cromer (Wade) of Jennings, FL, Gayle Dobbs of Conyers, GA, Penny King (Mike) of Jacksonville, FL and Dan Shultz. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
