It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Eugene Brooks of Conley, Georgia, who passed away on January 17, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Brooks and Gladys Willie Nash Brooks; and his grandchildren, Amanda Spencer, Bridgette Nichols and Stephen Bishop (late Wanda Lou Brooks).

He is survived by: his daughters, Vicky Warrington (Gary), Renee Hornsby, Sheila Bishop and Tammy Brand. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
