He is survived by: his wife Leah Forsyth; his children, Janet Forsyth of Palmetto, JoAnne Scarbrough (Troy) of Sharpsburg, Jeanie Lynn Terry (Mark) of Franklin, Jeff Forsyth of Palmetto, Linda Middlebrooks of Hapeville, Sandra Humphries of Lawrenceville, Lee Wilson of Forest Park, Nancy Edwards (Kenneth) of Hapeville, Edward Middlebrooks (Nettie Lou) of Rochelle and Stephen Turner (Cleo) of Hogansville; and his brother Johnny Forsyth (MaeNell) of Palmetto. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
