He was predeceased by: his parents, William Waldon and Vera Josephine Duncan Leslie; his sister Mary Faye Leslie; and his wife Dianne Morris Leslie. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Anne Leslie Rains, Lynn Kelly (Sean) and Katie Leslie; and his sister-in-law Maxie (Jerry Dunnam).
