She was predeceased by: her parent James Reynolds; and her children, Timothy C. Worshum and Angi Peaden. She is survived by: her parent Merle Franks Reynolds; her husband Jerry Worshum; her son Bill Worshum of Concord; her daughter-in-law Donna Worshum of Concord; and her daughter Kristi Worshum of Griffin. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
