It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ralph Palmer of Concord, Georgia, born in Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on September 9, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas L. Palmer and Vermelle Motley Smith; and his siblings, Joann Palmer and Tommy Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Vivian English Palmer; his children, Tyki (Teresa Palmer), April Palmer Rush (late Mike Rush) and Wayne (Chanda Palmer Steele); his grandchildren, Brett Parker, Spencer Rush, Summer Steele, Carter Steele, Chris Rush, Amber Rush Burdette (Brandon), Garrett Malone and Colton Malone; and his brother Charles Palmer. He is also survived by three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
